What makes our presentations so helpful?

• We have a deep professional commitment to disability law; many of our attorneys are themselves the sibling or parent of a person with a disability, and understand first-hand the issues families face.
• Our attorneys are leaders in the field, and are often asked by financial planners, other attorneys and judges to consult on complex matters. Many of our attorneys have argued precedent-setting cases that have shaped the development of public policy in the field of disability rights.
• Our entire practice focuses on serving people with disabilities, the elderly and their families. We provide legal support across the entire lifespan, from securing early intervention services, to special education, adult services, guardianship and special needs trusts.

About Our Presentations

We advise scheduling at least 90 minutes to 2 hours, so we have plenty of time for questions. Presentations can be arranged weekdays, any time after 6:30 P.M., or on Saturday or Sunday. We travel to your location and provide printed resources and handout materials. There is never a charge. Any of our topics can be customized to meet the needs of your group.
