The enrollment period begins on March 6, 2017 and 10:00 a.m. and ends on March 10, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.

  • Pre-applications must be submitted online.
  • Pre-applications are selected through a lottery process.
  • There are maximum income limits. (Income is not limited to wages, in fact, certain government benefits are counted as income).
